Estate Pool & Spa Care
Meticulous weekly care designed to keep the entire pool area guest-ready, not simply chemically balanced. Service includes water testing and treatment, brushing, vacuuming, skimming, tile and waterline attention, baskets and filters, salt-system monitoring, spa care, and overall inspection of the pool area. We also keep an eye on decks, drains, water features, furniture areas, and anything else that affects the appearance or operation of the space.
Equipment Service, Repairs & Upgrades
Proactive equipment care helps prevent small problems from becoming expensive emergencies. With more than 20 years of pool experience in Hawaii and California, I personally oversee each property with an emphasis on consistency, communication, preventative maintenance, and attention to detail.
From water chemistry and equipment performance to the overall presentation of the pool and surrounding area, every visit is approached with the same standard I would expect at my own home.
Kai Vista is intentionally boutique, allowing me to stay directly involved and provide homeowners and property managers with a level of service that larger route-based companies often cannot.
